Nationwide lockdown extended till June 2

The lockdown extension decision has been taken after the country reported its second death due to Covid-19.

The first Death was identified on Saturday, a 29-year-old woman on the way to Dhulikhel Hospital from Barhabise, Sindhupalchok and the second one today a 25-year-old man from Banke who was also infected with Covid-19.

“Today’s Cabinet meeting decided to continue the lockdown by 15 days until June 2 midnight citing an increasing number of corona cases,” said Yubaraj Khatiwada.
