Covid-19 cases increased to 7,177
According to the Ministry of health and population with an increase of 586 new cases the nationwide coronavirus has tallied to 7177.
586 new cases have been recorded on Wednesday.
According to the ministry, the virus has spread to 73 districts. Manang, Mustang, Okhaldhunga and Rasuwa have not reported any cases so far.
“So far, 149,772 polymerase chain reaction tests and 233,543 rapid diagnostic tests have been carried out across the country,” said Gautam.
According to Gautam, 1,167 people, nine of them in the last 24 hours, have been discharged from various hospitals after recovering.
